Who we are
Upload‑Ready (“we”, “us”) provides a web application for compressing images in your browser. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, email address, and profile name or image as provided by Google. We store account and usage data needed to run the service (for example credits balance, subscription status, and purchase records). If you buy a subscription or credit pack, our payment processor (such as PayPal) handles card or wallet details; we receive limited transaction metadata needed for fulfillment.
Local processing
Image compression is designed to run locally in your browser. We do not receive your image files for the purpose of compression. Technical data (for example errors or performance metrics) may still be sent if you use features that contact our servers or if your browser or extensions behave unexpectedly—see your browser settings for control.
Cookies, analytics, and third parties
We use cookies and similar technologies as needed for sign-in sessions and security. We use Google Analytics (GA4) on public pages to understand aggregate traffic and how the site is used; Google may set cookies and process data as described in Google’s privacy policy. Authentication is provided by Google OAuth where you choose to use it. Hosting and infrastructure may be provided by services such as Cloudflare. Payment processing is provided by third-party processors. Those services have their own privacy policies.
Retention and contact
We retain account and billing records as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations. You may request access or deletion of personal data where applicable law allows. Contact: [email protected].
